The Logitech g933 wireless gaming headset fulfills all the requirements for a top-notch gaming headphone. They have a lot of customization and connection options, a fantastic mic, good sound quality, and very little latency. They work with your phone, console controllers, and home theater system because they are cozy, moderately sturdy, and include regular and RCA cables. Sadly, unlike some other gaming headsets, they won’t be the most adaptable headphones for outdoor use.

Style
The logitech g933 wireless gaming headset Artemis resembles the G930 and G533 in appearance. They are a little bulky, have large, somewhat square-like ear cups, a wide headband, and a stylish two-tone color scheme, just like the rest of the Logitech line and most gaming headphones.
They aren’t the most outdoor-friendly headphones, though, as they have a bulky design and a retractable mic as opposed to a detachable one, like most gaming-focused headsets.
Even though they do come with a standard audio cable that will work with your phone, they won’t be the best option to use outside even though they are one of the more attractive gaming headsets we’ve tested.
Comfort
Like the G930, G533, and HyperX Cloud Flight, the G933 is a pair of headphones with detachable, breathable pads that are moderately comfortable. In comparison to some of the other gaming headphones we’ve tested, they have roomy, spacious ear cups and a fit that is relatively loose.
They are cozy enough to wear throughout extended gaming sessions. But unlike the microfiber or pleather coating of some of the other gaming over-ears, the padding on the ear cups is a little stiff and doesn’t feel as good against the skin.
Logitech g933 wireless gaming headset Controls
The controls on the logitech g933 wireless gaming headset are excellent but a little challenging. They offer two control configurations: one when wired with the 1/8″ TRRS audio cable that has an in-line remote and another when wireless with the standard button layout on the right ear cup. A play, pause, and call management button, a small volume dial, and a microphone mute switch are all present on the in-line remote’s standard button layout. However, the wireless design gives you a little bit more control over the functionalities of the headphones.
A volume dial with improved feedback, a microphone mute button, and the power switch are all located here. Additionally, you receive three programmable buttons that you can customize using the gaming software from Logitech.
The default configuration will cycle through various EQ settings, enable surround sound, and switch between various LED light patterns. All the buttons have a solid feel to them and are somewhat similar to the d-pads on console controllers, which offer great feedback. Unfortunately, there are so many options on one ear cup that at first, especially during a competitive multiplayer game, it can be a little confusing.
The slightly raised notches on the buttons help you eventually get used to it, but it does take some getting used to.
Breathability
The ear cup pads on these headphones are surprisingly breathable and have an average over-ear design. They effectively seal off the area around your ears, preventing a sizable amount of airflow.
On the plus side, they are a little bit cooler than typical over-ear headsets thanks to the slightly breathable pads. On the plus side, they should work fine for gaming and are about average for other uses. They won’t be the best headphones to use in hot and humid conditions, and they will make your ears warm after a couple of hours of listening.

Portability
Like the majority of gaming headsets, the Logitech G933 is not a pair of headphones you can easily carry with you. They are heavy, clumsy, and do not fold into a smaller size. If you want to use them wirelessly, their range is also limited by the USB transmitter, but you do not have to because they come with a good, mobile-friendly audio cable.
Even though you won’t be carrying them around very often, it is unfortunate that they do not include a case and a pouch in the box.

There is no case or pouch included with the logitech g933 wireless gaming headset.
Logitech g933 wireless gaming headset Build Quality
Compared to the G930, the Logitech G933 feels more upscale. Although they are both made primarily of plastic and have a fairly similar build quality, the G933 is overall better built and has a more premium appearance.
They have a headband that is reasonably flexible and reinforced with a metal frame. The ear cups have a solid, respectably durable feel, and they each have detachable backplates that cleverly conceal the USB dongle and battery. A retractable and flexible boom mic is attached to a plastic hinge that is relatively short in length.
It is sturdy and has a decent appearance, but it won’t last as long as other gaming headphones we’ve tested with more durable microphone designs. The fact that the ear cup pads, cables, and battery are replaceable gives them an advantage over most headsets in terms of durability over time.
Logitech g933 wireless gaming headset Stability
Although not stable enough for running and other physical activity, these headphones should be fine for more informal uses. If you’re just lounging around playing video games or walking around your house listening to music, they won’t move very much. Sadly, they are not at all intended for physical activity or workouts. Under physically demanding circumstances, they are likely to fall off your head due to their slightly larger and heavier ear cups than the G930. They are not a good choice for sports.

Sound Specifications
Bass Accuracy
The bass is excellent. It’s great that LFE (low-frequency extension) is at 10 Hz. Additionally, low-bass is more than 3 dB above our target. This suggests a bass that is extended and deep with a little extra thump and rumble, which some users might find appealing.
The mid-bass, which gives bass guitars their body and kick drums their punch, is also overemphasized by more than 3 dB. The warmth-producing high-bass is improved and given a slight boost of about 1 dB. Look into the Razer Nari Ultimate and its bass haptic feedback system if you enjoy bass-driven music and video game sound effects.
Additionally, their bass output varies greatly between users and is dependent on factors like fit, seal, and eyewear. Your experience might be different from this response, which represents the typical bass response.
Mid Accuracy
The midrange on the Logitech G933 headset is excellent. The response is comparatively even and flat, which is beneficial for reproducing instruments and vocals that are both clear and well-balanced. It is consistently lowered by about 2.5 dB, though, which pushes the vocals toward the background of the mix by emphasizing the lower frequencies more.
Treble Accuracy
The performance of the treble is excellent. Although slightly uneven, the frequency response in the treble range is generally well-balanced. The low-treble is 0.6 dB below our neutral target, which combined with the 6KHz dip will slightly reduce the detail and brightness of lead instruments and vocals. Due to the peak at around 10 kHz, these headphones may also sound a little sibilant (sharp on S and Ts). The vocals and cymbals will make this the most noticeable.
Microphone
The microphone on the Logitech G933 is exceptional. A speech that sounds a little thin when recorded or transmitted has a 281Hz LFE (low-frequency extension). Although the speech is clear and detailed because of the 6.3 kHz HFE (high-frequency extension), it might lack a little bit of airiness. A natural voice capture is produced as a result of the relatively flat response between the LFE and HFE points.
The Logitech G933’s boom microphone does a fantastic job of handling noise. In our SpNR test, it obtained a speech-to-noise ratio of 25dB. This suggests that they can typically effectively distinguish speech from background noise.
Battery
The battery life of the Logitech G933 headphones is respectable and provides up to 12 hours of nonstop playback. When compared to more recent Bluetooth headphones, they take a while to charge, but when compared to some gaming headsets, their charging time is about average at 3.8 hours.
Additionally, they save a lot of power by turning off automatically after 5 minutes if no audio is being played. Additionally, if you’re close to a power source, as you are when playing games on a PC, they can be used while charging, which is great for marathon gaming sessions.
If you’re looking for a gaming headset with longer battery life, consider the dual battery system of the Arctis Pro Wireless or the SteelSeries Arctis 7 2019 Edition, both of which have a 25-hour battery life.
App Support
When used in conjunction with the G933 headset, the Logitech G Hub is highly customisable. Access to a fantastic equalizer, surround sound effects that you can customize, microphone and volume levels, swappable profiles with saved personal settings, and an adjustable audio off timer that you can set directly in the app are all included.
For a more realistic gaming experience, you can also access Dolby 7.1 Surround and DTS Virtual Soundstage features. These headphones, like the Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset, have three programmable buttons that can be assigned to execute particular commands, which is fantastic and distinguishes them from the majority of other gaming headsets.
Sadly, there have been numerous user reports about this software’s instability, including startup problems, freezing, and connection problems with some devices. Although we didn’t experience these problems with these headphones, please let us know in the discussion if you did.
