I’ve been writing about tech for over five years, starting out as a freelance tech content writer before going full-time with this site. GeekBitz grew out of a simple frustration: I kept trying to find straight answers when buying gadgets for myself — “is this printer actually worth it?” or “which laptop holds up after a year?” — and couldn’t find them. So I started writing them myself.
Over the years I’ve personally bought and tested inkjet, laser, and DTF printers, computer hardware, and more gadgets and accessories than I care to count. When a product shows up in my reviews, it’s usually something I’ve had in my hands — not just a spec sheet I’ve read. When I haven’t tested it directly, I say so.
I’m based in Nairobi, Kenya, which gives me a slightly different lens than most tech reviewers. I care about real-world value and durability — not just how something performs in a controlled unboxing video.
GeekBitz is a one-person operation. Every piece of content here is researched, tested where possible, and written by me. There’s no team of writers, no content farm behind the scenes. If I wouldn’t buy it, I won’t recommend it.
